Picture yourself sitting in our Soma Lounge with other fun and intelligent beings...We'll be watching a movie together, socializing and having some munchies.  After the movie we'll have a unique discussion about the movie and Universal Somatics (US)-there is no doubt you'll be greatly entertained and will walk away with a new way to deal with your world.  You'll want to learn more.  Universal Somatics is like potato chips-you can't just crunch once!  Other times, the Soma Lounge is a classroom where amazing things happen. (...and sometimes it's just a place Val watches TV Land or Mark watched the game...lol)
